Aromatherapy massage is massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin.

We offer several massage treatments varying in length from between 30 minutes and 1 1/2 hours.  Remember to allow an extra 30-40 minutes for your initial consultation if you are visiting us for the first time.

Holistic massage, in essence, allows the inner you to come through and stabilizes all the instability in your body to help you achieve complete peace of body, mind, and soul. 

Swedish Massage is one of the most common types of massage therapy. It's often used to relax you, relieve stress and relieve pain. Swedish massage often involves rubbing, kneading, stroking and tapping your muscles.
