After a long absence we can finally welcome you all back to our group classes and workshops again.  
We are starting on Tuesday 7th September 2021 with Guided Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners. This 4 week course will give you the tools to: reduce stress and anxiety*improve sleep*lower heart rate*improve immunity and pain management

Just €40 for 4 x 30min sessions over 4 weeks.
